PROGRAM INFORMATION
This Board of Governors certificate offers a firm foundation in current knowledge of diabetes. It is designed for the caregivers and those living with diabetes to develop knowledge about diabetes and the availablity of diabetes education. The program offers four theory courses through online learning. ADMISSION REQUIREMENTSO.S.S.D. or equivalent, or 19 years of age or older Mature applicants must be at least 19 years of age by the start of classes and be out of secondary school for at least one year. Mature applicant testing is available in the Counselling Department. The test(s) will demonstrate equivalency in required admission subjects.
